We have seen an incredible response to the postcard campaign you developed! For years we have tried to figure out how to streamline our winter scheduling process. The feedback I hear from my office staff is:

Less explaining to do about what we are going to do when the tech gets there-it’s all on the card.
People are posting the cards on their refrigerators-very handy.
The cards look very professional-just the way we want our company to look like.
The response has been off the charts. Usually, we are calling customers 3, 4, 5 or more times with no response. Then in March, we are left with a huge backlog that literally never get serviced. Now we are so streamlined with customer’s expecting us to come because the postcard said so, that I am scrambling to fill out March service days for the tech’s because we are so far ahead of schedule. I have lots of projects for them to do and so this is not a problem. In fact, it has freed their time up so much that today we had a customer place initial service orders for 66 locations for around $225.00 each. I am able to schedule them with ease because we are not behind the 8 ball ($14,000 of business).
