  Customer Loyalty Tips
  - Provide 
    a "script" to those who answer the phone, so all callers 
    will hear the same message.
 
  - Return 
    all phone calls as soon as possible.
 
  - Make 
    sure your employees know your top 10 customers by name.
 
  - Provide 
    communcation training for all techinicans so they can best represent 
    your company when they speak to your customers.
 
  - Produce 
    a newsletter four times a year that explains the benefits of your service 
    for your customers.
 
  - Send 
    a post card asking your customers to evaluate the service they received. 
    Act immediately on areas that "need improving."
 
  - Take 
    an educational approach to communicating with your customers. At best, 
    this is a non-pushing, relationship-building, helpful, consulting approach.
 
  - Improve 
    employee morale by holding regularly scheduled company meetings (including 
    all employees) to talk about the good things that have happened with 
    the company and its customers. This attitude is like to carry over to customers.
 
  - Send 
    "Thank you for your business" cards to all customers every 
    Thanksgiving.
 
  - Let 
    your employees and your customers know that your ultimate goal is their success.
