One of my favorite exercises is the 10 Reasons List. Every company should have one! Your 10 Reasons become the basis of all your marketing with each "reason" having the potential of basing an ad, an email, social media posts or a commercial around it.
If you were to compile a list of 10 reasons your customers do business with you, what would you add to the list? Your 10 Reasons List should include benefits of doing business with you, and only you. Your list should NOT include anything that your competitors can also claim.
It's getting difficult, isn't it? And to make it more difficult, the list should NOT include features of your service, but only benefits!
