I finally made my decision. While enjoying the sandwich I chose, I began to reflect that a lot of small companies of all kinds (pest control and non-pest control) offer too many choices and options. In essence, this can push a potential customer directly into the waiting arms of a competitor.
As I study various websites, this point becomes apparent. A site that reflects too many purchase options becomes confusing and encourages a quick “click-away” to another, simpler site.
How many options do you offer your clients? Remember, the fewer and simpler they are, the easier the decision will be to buy from YOU instead of your COMPETITOR!
